By motion of E. Martin Johnson, seconded by C. E. Fred-
riokson and carried the following resolution was adopted:
mIERF~S, the City of' Gilroy has reeeiTed a deed dated
January 24th, 1927, duly executed by M. E. Thomas, a single
woman, whereby there is eonweyed to the City of Gilroy,
Ranch Lot .0. 51, .ontaining 190.45 acres, which lot is
designated on Map No. 7 accompanying the final report of the
referees in the partition suit of Henry Miller, et ale TS.

Massey Thomas, et ale Suit 50 5536 Superior Court of the Coun-

ty of Santa Clara together with a right of way for ingress
to and egress from said property from the Monterey Road
(State Highway) as described in said deed, now, there~ore,
be it
RESOLVED;

accepted by the City of Gilroy and the same is ordered placed
