following resolution was adopted: WHEREAS) all improvement con-
templated to bs made under the bond i.aue of 1923 for the improve-
ment of tbe water system of the City of Gilroy) .as been completed
and there remains in tae fund after tAe oompletion of tae said ..~k

THIREFORE) Be it resolved by the Mayor and Common Coun.il of
the City of Gilroy that there be transferred from tAB Water Works
Improvement Fund of 1923 to the General Fund of the City of Gilroy) .
