WIIEILEAS, on July 10,1922, Mr. Charles E. Sloan addressed
a letter to the 11ayor and COlillllon Council relative to the con-
struction of' a sewage Disposal Plant f'or this city, and since
said date has subm'- t tell certain reports, plans ancl es tima tes-"
and
WHEIillAS, said plans were to receive the approval of' the
state Board of' Health bef'ore being submi tted to the Connllon
Council, and
WIIEUEAS, none 06 said plans have received the approval of'

the state Board Of' Health, and the same are not satisfactory
to this Comuon council, there:fore be it

ing said Sloan to subL.li t plans :for a sewer system pursuant to
his letter of' July 10, 19:2:2, together l'li th all resolutions
hereto :foreaclopted respecting Sewage treatment plant or Sew-
age Dis110sal Plant or in any way appertaining thereto, be and
the same are heI'eby rescindecl, rejected and abandoned.
