1)el1 the f'011owing Resoln tion was adopted:
mmlillAS, the public good requires the construction of a Sew-
age Disposal Plant for this city and the services of a City
Surveyor will be required in comnection with said construct-
ion, theref'ore be it
RESOLVED, That Henry B. Fisher be and he is hereby appoint-
ed City su.rveyor for the City of Gilroy ancl his compensation
:fixed at EIGHTEEN (*;18.00) Dollars per day for each clay ac-
tually enGaged in worl~ f'or the Ci ty.
