carried:
That the following resolution be adopted:
WHEREAS, Mayor James Princevalle is absent f'rom tIle City and
unable to attenclto the duties of his off'ice, now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, that E. J. Chesbro be, and he is hereby appointed
President pro-tem and ell-officio Llayor, to be in all respects
legally qualified to discharQ;~ the duties of' such posi tiol1 clurin~;
the absence of the I.Iayor.
