By motion of Hecker, seconlled by Chesbro the followin~ reso-.
lution was passed and adopted:

ions or the Public Health Act of the State of Calirornia, ap-
proved March 23, 1907, ami all arnenrlments thereto, application
be made to the State Boarrl of' Ileal th of the State of Calif'ornia,
f'or a permit to construct a sewage flisposal plant anli outran
and trunk sewer; that the Mayor of sa1.cl City of' Gilroy l}e ami
he is hereby authorized and directed to cause the necessary
data to be preparecl, an(l inTesti~ations to be mafIe in the name
of said City to sign and file such application with the State
Boarel of Health.
