RBSOLUTION DECLARING STREETS
TO BE
OPEN, PUBLIC STRE&TS.
BE IT ~OLVED; by the l4ayor and Conmon Cpunoil of the City of Gilroy,
in the County of Santa Clara, State of California, as follows: that,
Whereas, all those oertain streets, avenues, lanes and roads delineated
and designated as such on that certain map entitled, "Official Map of the City
of Gilroy" as surveyed for the partition of the 'Banoho Las Animas', April
1866, by Herrmann Bros., and adopted by the Mayor and Conmon CiJunoil of the
Oity of Gilroy, as the ~Official Map' of said City on Kai 4th 1886, and now
on file in the office of the City Clerk ot said City; and as shown on the
"Map of the ioupe, NortherIl Addi tion of the City of Gilroy", filed in the
office of the County Recorder in Book 'D' of Maps, at Page 5, on June 5th 1885;
records of Santa Clara County, Cal1forDia; and as shown on Map of "B.2.S.R.l.W.
City of Gilroy", filed in the office of the County Recorder in Licensed Book

have for many years last past been acoepted as open publio streets, avenues,
lanes and roads and been continuously used as open public streets, avenues,
lanes and roads for publio purposes, by the publio;
NOW T:BBRlIDlORE, it is hereby ordered that said streets, avenues, lanes and
roads be and the same are hereby declared to have been open for many years last
passed, accepted as and to have been, open public streets , avenues, lanes and
roads; and that the same continue to be acoepted as open, public streets, avenues,
lanes and roads of the City of Gilroy.
I hereby oertify that the foregoing resolution VIl.S duly and regularly
passed and adopted by the Kayor and Oommon Oounoil of the City of Gilroy at a
regular meeting of said Council held on the 3rd day of March 1924, by the
