';~{)RK TO BE roE UNDER THl;; DIRECTION OF CITY ENGINE-ER. ~- WliBREAS, the Mayor ana Common Council of the City of Gilroy did on the 17th day of Maroh 1924 pass its Resolution of Intention to order certain work to be done and improvement to be made in said City, whioh Resolution of Intention is hereby expressly referred to for further pi.rticulars and said .Mayor and Cammon Council did hereafter on the ~ day of April lY24, duly pass its Re- '" solution ordering work to be done and improvement to be made in said City, which resolution ordering the work is also referred to for further particulars. WHEREAS, the plans and spec ificat ions f or doing said we rk and making said Urrprovement have heretofor~been adopted by said ~~yor and Common Council, an order now on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City and are here- by referred to for further particulars; and wm::.REAS, said ~layor and C01l'D.on Council desires that said work be done under the direction of the City Engineer of said City and that the assessment be made by said City F~gi.neer,- NU.'!
