RESOLVED BY THE MAYOE AND COMfJfON COUNCil. of the City of Gilroy, as follows: That Whereas, a diagram of the Assessment District described in Resolution of Intention, of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Gilroy, passed March 17th 1924, for the improvement of portions of certain streets and alleys in the City of Gilroy, has been presented to Mayor and Common Council, for approval, said Mayor and Common Council here- by approves said diagram, as the diagram of the District to be &ssessed for the cost and expenses of improving those certain streets and portions of streets as described in said Resolution of Intention, and being all the territory within the incorporate limits of the City of Gilroy. I ~reby certify that t~e foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed at an adjourned regular meeting of t!1e Mayor and Common Council of Gilroy, held on the 14th daY.
