son the rollowin~ resolution was passe(l ancl adopted:-
BE IT RESOLVEil by the Mayor and Common Council of the
City of' Gilroy that the Resolution of Intention adppted
and passed by the Mayor and Common Council of' the Cit~ or

Gilroy on the 17t~day or March, 1924, be, and the same is
hereby rescinded and all work to be performed thereunder 1s
hereby abaDlloned, and the City Clerk is hereby instructed
to return to Southwest PaTin~ Company the bond riled by it
wi tb its bid to perform the work (lescri bed in said Resolu-
tion of Intention.
