Resolution 1922/02/01 -r By motion or Lester, seconded by Scbemel the rollowing resolution was adopted. WB~~AS the Mayor and Common Council of the City of 8ilroy did on the third day of January 1922, accept the bids of CO~ST COUNTI~S GAS AND ZL~CTRIC COMP~KY submitted by it on the 28 th day of De.ember 1921, for the purchase of the gas generating and distributin~ system of the City of Gilroy, including a 70 horse power boiler and the ~li 1,ling in which said gas generating plant is located, and a4~o the electric li~ht and power diBtri~ J buting system or the said City ot eilroy. ~ow THmR~FOR~ B~ IT R~SOLVED that James PrinecTalle, Mayor of the City of Gilroy, and E.
