resolution was adopted.
WB~~AS the Mayor and Common Council of the City of 8ilroy
did on the third day of January 1922, accept the bids of CO~ST
COUNTI~S GAS AND ZL~CTRIC COMP~KY submitted by it on the 28 th
day of De.ember 1921, for the purchase of the gas generating
and distributin~ system of the City of Gilroy, including a 70
horse power boiler and the ~li 1,ling in which said gas generating
plant is located, and a4~o the electric li~ht and power diBtri~

buting system or the said City ot eilroy.

of the City of Gilroy, and E. F. Rogers, City Clerk, be, and
they are hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of said
CI~J OF GILROY and its act and deed and in its name and under

in and to the electric light and power, distributing system of the
