Resolution was adopted.
WlJEltEAS, The Lester-Hubert Company bas made application to the
Railroad Commission ot the State ot California for a permit to main-
tain and operate a Motor Truck transportation line between the Cfty
ot Gilroy and the City ot San Francisco, and
fWHEREAS, the Common Counoil ot the City ot Gilroy deems the sar-

ot . eat valu 0 the merohants of the said City at Gilroy and it is
desirable that said Lester-Hubert Co. be permitted to continue the
operation ot said transportation system, now
BE IT RESOLVBD, that the said Common Council ot the City ot Gil-
roy hereby endorses said application ot Lester-Rubert Co. tor said
permit and recommends that said applioation be ~ranted.
