By.motion ot A. ~.. Brown, seconded by R. V. Vartin the tollow-
ing Re~olution was adopted. BE IT RESOLVED by the Vayor and Com-
mon Counoil ot the City ot Gilroy that the grade shown on the map
prepared byH. B. Fisher, Surveyor, and endorsed, tiled tor record
in the office of the City Clerk at the City of Gilroy on the 6th
day ot February, 1021, be and the same is bereby adopted as the ot-
ticial gaade of the City ot Gilroy, and said map be adopted as the
official map thereof.
