ARESOLUTION NO. 145
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council in regular session
assembled:
That Resolution No.140 of srid City be rescinded said resolution
having reference to the exclusion of persons of Japanese ancestry
from within the limits of said City; that it be the sense of this
body to comply with all rules,regulations and laws enacted by or
under authority of the government of the United States of AnE rica.
