RESOLUTION NO.148
Whereas, Gurrieslnvestments,Inc.,a corporation, organized under.
the laws of the State of California, as presented to the Mayor and
Common Council of the City of Gilroy, for filing, a plat or map of
the subdivisdon know as "Tract 232, Gurries Addition to the City of
Gilroy" covering land located in the said City of Gilroy;
And, whereas, the said subdivison ond the map thereof has been
duly approved by the PlanLing Commiss ion of the City 0 f Gilroy and
by the Engineer of the said City of Gilroy;
And,whereas, the said map is accompanied by the certificate of
X~B Gurries Investments,Inc., the owner, dedicating to public use
forever all streets and alleys shown upon said map;
And,whereas, the said subdivison appears to be a proper one and
of no disadvantage to the City of Gilroy,and the map thereof appears
in proper order.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby ordered, that the
said map be,and the same is hereby,approved and hhat all streets and
alleys as shown upon said map be accepted on behalf of the public;
Be it further resolved that the City Clerk of the City of Gilroy.
be, and he is hereby authorized to execute upon behalf of said City
of Gilroy,the Certificate required by law to accompany iaid map.
