BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of
the City of Gilroy, at regular session assembled, that:
Four cents (4st'> of each and every- one dol1:a:r ($~.OO}
collected for general municipal taxes for the current fiscal
year 1945-1946 be set aside as a special fund for the purpose
of keeping and maintaining the Wheeler Civic Auditorium in
Gilroy; said fund shall be known as the Municipal Auditorium
Maintanence Fund and a separate and special account shall be
kept thereof in the books of said City.
ADOPTED AND PASSED tlhis ~y of October, 1945,
by the following votes:
