VtlIEREAS, the Sta te of California, through its DepArtment of
Public Works, Division of EighTIays, has presented a first
sUDplemental memorand1lr1 of agreement in aeeo rdance Vii th a projec.t
statement submitted by the City for expenditure of the 1/4 cent
gas tax for the 1945-47 bieLnium allocated for State highways in
the City of Gilroy; and
~HEREAS, the Com1on Council has heard read said agreement in
full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
Tl:EREFOHE, be it resolved by the Cornmon Council of the City
of Gilroy that said aGreement fer expenditure of the 1/4 cent
cas tax allocated for State highways be and the sage is hereby b_
a?proved and the ~ayor and the City ~lerk are directed to sign
the same on behalf of said City.
