Whereas, George rienz and Harriet Renz, his wife,
have presented to the Mayor and Common Council of the City of
Gilroy, ~or filing, a plat or ~ap of the subdivision known as
"Tract 239, Renz Addition to the City of Gilroy, Santa Clara
County, California", covering land located in the said City
of Gilroy;
And, whereas, the said subdivision and the map
av""o....ed ~.t...c:.-
thereof has been duly ~pointoe by the Planning Commission of
the said City of Gilroy, and by the Engineer of the said City
of Gilroy;
And, whereas, the said map is accompanied by the
certificate of George Renz and Harriet Renz, his wife, the
owners, dedicating to public use forever all streets and alleys
shown upon said map; and,
~ereas, the said subdivision appears to be a
proper one and of no disadvantage to the City of Gilroy, and
the map thereof appears in proper order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby
ordered, that the said map be, and the same is hereby, approved
and that all streets and alleys as shown upon said map be accepted
on behalf of the public; and,
Be it ~urther resolved that the City.Clerk of the
City of Gilroy be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute upqn
beh~lf of said City of Gilroy, the Certificate required by law
to accompany said map.
