BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of
Gilroy, at regular session assembled, that:
1. The Mayor and C1ty Clerk of said Cit,. enter into that

tio., sad the City of Gilroy, a Jmmicipal corporation of the

Range 1 East, of the City of Gilroy.
2. That the City of Gilroy accepts such alley as a public
thoroughfare as shown on the map attached to said agreement.
3. That the consents of the real property owners adjoin-
ing said alley agreeing to the opening and maintaining of said
alley be filed with the C1ty Clerk.
ADOPTED AND PASSED this 16th day of December,1946, by the
