RESOLUTION NO. If?O
THE COM!-lON COUNCIL' OF THE CITY OF GILROY, CALIFORNIA, IN REGULAR
SESSION ASSEMBLED, DO RESLOVE AS FOLWWS:
WHEREAS certain Streets lying within the Limits of the City
of Gilroy have been paved and set to the proper grade, and
WHl!:BEAS, in order t.o properly drain and maintain said Streets,
it is necessary that concrete curb and gutter be constructed;
NOW,TEERE~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Owners of all property
abutting on the following Streets be, and hereby are, ordered to
constrtlct and/ or place in good repair, conorete curb and gutter
in conformance with the Ordinances of the City of Gilroy and to
the line and grade specified by the City Engineer;
Third Street From Hanna Street to Princevalle Street.
Princevalle Street from Second Street to Fourth Street.
BE IT FURTHER RES0LVED that said curb am gutter be, and hereby
are, ordered to be completed on or before the Fifteenth d~y of July,
1947.
