RESOLUTION NO. 161
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY, CALIFORNIA, IN REGULAR
SESSION ASSEMBLED, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, thetai ty 0 l' Gilroy propo ses to pave the surface of
certain Streets within the Limits of said city, and
WHEREAS, in order to properly maintain the grade,alignment

and drainage, it is neoessary to have constructed concrete ourbs
and gutters;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the owners of all prop-
perty abutting on the following streets be, and hereby are,
ordered to instal and/or plaoe in good repair, concrete curb aDd
gutter in confomance with the Ordinanoes of the City of Gilroy,
and to the line and grade specified by the City Engineer:
Forest Street from Martin Street to Miller Slough.
Sixth Street between For'est Street to Miller Slough.
Carmel Street between First Street and Fifth Street.
Eigleb erry Street between Seventh Street and Ninth Street.
Ninth Street between Monterey Street aId Bigleberry Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said curb and gutter be, and
hereby is, ordered completed on or b.fore the First day 01' June,
