RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING TRIOO SUPPLEMENrAL
:MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF l/4 CENI'
GAS TAX ALLOCATED FOR STATE HIGHWAYS.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its ~epart-
ment of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented
a third1!Ullpiementoal memoran:lum of agreement in accordance 1~1
with a project statement submitted by the City for expend-
iture of the l/4 cent gas tax for 1945-47 biennium all- ~. ~
ocated for State Highways in the City of Gilroy; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council has heard read said agree-
ment in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Common Council of the
City of Gilroy that said agreement for exnepditure of the
l/4 cent gas tax allocated for State highways be and the
same is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk
are directed to sign the same on behalf 01' said city.
ADOPTED ArID PASSED this 7th day of January,l947 by the
following vote:
