RESOLUTION NO.165
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Gilroy, that
the certain Quit Claim Deed wherein the City of Gilroy, a Municipal
Corporation, was grantor and Clinton P.Davison and Lenore D.Davieon,
his wife, as joint tenants, were grantees~dated February 3,1947,is
hereby ordered exeouted by said City of Gilroy.
Said Quit Claim Deed is hereto attached and made a part of this
resolution.
This acceptance and execution by resolution is made pursuant to
the provisions of Section l158 of the Civil Coce of the State of
California and other laws applicable thereto.
ADOPTED AND PASSED this 3rd day of February,l947 by the following
votes:
AYES:
Councilmen George A.Martin,George -M.Mason,Nat Heiner,J.H.
Wentworth,Ray L.Stevens,James B.Thomas.
NOES:
Councilmen None
ABSENT: Councilmen None.
