RESOLUTION NO.176
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
APPRIDVING FOURTH SUPPLEMENTAL MEMORANIUM OF AGREEMENT FOR
EXPENDITURE OF 1/4 CEN!' GAS TAX ALLOCATED FOR STATE HIGHWAYS.
WHEREAS, the State of California,through its Department
or Public Works,Division of Highways ,has presented a fourth supplemental
memorandum of agreement in aocordance with a projec~ statement sub-
mitted by the City for expenditure of the l/4 cent gas tax for 1945-
1947 biennium allooated for State Highways in the City off Gi1ra,y;and
WHEREAS, the oity Counoil bas heard read said agreement in
full and is familiar with the oontents thereof;
THEREFORE,be it resolved by the city council of the City of
Gilroy that said agreement for expenditure of the l/4 cent gas tax
allocated for State highways be and the same is hereby approved and
the Mayor and the City Clerk directed to sign the same on behalf of
the oity.
