RSSOLUTION OF mE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPBOVnn FIRST SUPPmmNrAL MEMORANDUM
OF AGREm4ENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF 1/4 CENr GAS TAX ALLOCATED
FOR STREETS OF MAJOR IMPORTAIDE.
WHEREAS ,a first supplemental memorandum of agreement has been
presented to be entered into with the State of California in

accordance with a project statement for expenditure of the 1/4
cent gas tax for the fiscal year 1947 allocated for streets of
major importance other than State highways in the City of Gilron
and
VrnEREAS, the oity Counoil has heard read said agreement in
full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE,be it resolved by the city oounoil of the City of
Gilroy that said project statement be and it is hereby adopted as
the budiet of proposed expenditures of the l/4 cent gas tax allocated
for streets of major importance other than state highways,and said qx
agreement be and the same is hereby approved and the mayor and the
city clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City,said
agreement to be binding upon the city upon its execution by the
authorized otticials of the State.
ADOPTED this 2nd day of June,l947 by the following vote:
