RESOLUTION~.17g
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Counc il of t he City of Gilroy that
Section 2 of Resolution No.171 of said city be, and hereby is,
amended to read as follow.s:
"2. WHEREAS, the City of Gilroy hereinafter designated "Local
Agenoy" desires to apply for an allotment of State Aid for the
construct ion 0 l' a public works project under said Act; and"
BE rr FURTHER RESOLVED that cert ified copi es of thi s Resolution
be forwarded to the Local Allocation Division of the State Depart-
ment of Finance.
