RESOLUT ION NO.180

BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Counc il of the City of Gilroy that
Section 2 of ResolutloD No.172 of said City be, and hereby is,
amended to read as rollow.s:
"2. WHEREAS, the City of Gilroy hereinafter designated "Local
Agency" desires to apply for an allmtment of State Aid for the
construction of a public works project under said Act; and"
BE IT FURrHER RESOLVED that certified copies of this Resolution
be forwarded to the Local Allocation Division of the State Depart-
ment of Finance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this seventh day of July 1947, by the following
vote:
AYES:
Councilmen George A.Martin,Nat Heiner,J.H.Wentworth,Ray L.
Stevens,James B.Thomas.
NOES: Cou~oilmen None
ABSENT: Councilmen George M.Mason.
