RESOLUTION OF mE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY APPROVING FIRST SUPPLl!MENl' AL :MEMORANDUM OF AGREE-
MENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF 1/4 CENI' GAS T AX ALLOCATED FOR
STATE HIGHWAYS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1948
WHEREAS, the State of California,through it Depart-
ment of Public WorksmDivision 0 l' Highways ,has presented a first
supplementa 1 memora.ndum 0 f ~reement in acccr dance wit h a project
statement submitted by the City fCIr' expenditure of 1/4 cent Gas
Tax fer the fisca.l year 1948 allocated for State highways in the
Ci ty ($ Gilroy; and
WHEREAS,the City Council has heard read said agreement
in full and is familiar with thecontents thereof;
THEREFORE, be is' reso lved by the City Counc il 0' t.he
Ci ty or Gilroy that said agreement for expenditure of the 1/4 cent
gas ta. allocated for State highways be and the same is hereby
approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the
same on behalf of said Cit y.
