RESOLUTION NO. "205.
WHEREAS the City Planning Commission of the City of Gilroy bas
reported, found and recommended that the following described districts
of said City be changed from Zone A to Zone B, to-wit:
PARCEL 1. Commencing at a point on the Westerly line of Ohurch
Street distant thereon 175 feet So~ther1y of the Southwest corner of
First and Church Streets; thence running Southerly along the West line
of Church Street to its intersection with the Northerly line of Second
Street; thence Westerly along the NOrtherly line of Second Street to
the Easterly line of the alley extending in a general Northerly and
Southerly direction through Block 5 North of Bange 4 West of the City
ot Gil~oy; thenoe Northerly along the Easterly line of said alley to a
point South ot and distant 175 teet from the Southerly line of First
Street; thence Easterly and parallel with the Southerly line of First
Street to the point of beginning, and being a portion ot Lot 1 and all
of Lots 2 and 3, Block 5 North, Bange 4 West.
PARCEL 8. Commencing at a point in the Easterly line of Church
Street distant thereon 175 feet Southerly of the point of intersection
ot the Easterly line of Church Street with the Southerly line ot First
street; running thence Southerly along the Easterly line of Churoh Street
to its interseotion with the Northerly line of Second Street; thence
Easterly along the Northerly line of Second Street 127.20 teet to the
Easterly line of Lot 4 in Bloqk 5 North, Range 2 West, of the City of
Gilroy; thence in a Northeasterly direction along the Easterly line of
Lots 3 and 4 in said bl~ck to the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 3;
thence in a Northerly direction and parallel with the Easterly line of
Church Street to a point 175 teet South ot the. Southerly line of First
Street; thence in a Westerly direction to the point of beginning.
PARCEL 3. Commencing at the Southeast corner of Second and Church
Streets; thence East 140 feet; thence in a Southeasterly direction along
along the East line of Lots 4, 6, 7 and 8 in Block 4 North, Range 2 West
.to . point in the East line of Lot 9; 100 feet from the Korth li~ of
Third Street; thence Westerly and parallel with the Northerly line of
Third Street to a point in the East line of Ohurch Street; thence
Northerly along the last line of Ohurch Street to the intersection of

PARCEL 4. Commencing at the South west corner of Second and Church
Streets, thence West along the South line of Second Street to the
Southeast corner of Second and Rosanna Streets, thenoe Southerly along
the East line of Rosanna Street to a point 100 feet North Gf the North
line of Third Street, thence Easterly and parallel with the North line
of Third Street to the West line of ah~roh Street, thence North along
the West line of Church Street to the~uth line of Second Street and
the point of beginning, being all of Lots 1 to 5 inclusive and a portion
of Lots 6 and ? in Block 4 North, Range 3 West.
PARCEL 5. Commencing at the Southwest corner of Second And Rosanna
Streets in the City of Gilroy, and running thence Westerly along the
Southerly line of Second Street to its intersection with the Easterly
line of the alley extending in a Northerly and Southerly direction in
Blook 4 North of Range 4 West of the said City of Gilroy; thence run-
ning in a Southerly direction along the Easterly line of said alley to
a point 100 feet Northerly of the interseotion of the said Easterly
line ot said alley with the Northerly line of Third Street; thence
Easterly and parallel with the Northerly line of Third Street to the
Westerly line of Rosanna Street; thence Northerly along the Westerly
line of Rosanna Street to the Southwest corner ot Second and Rosanna
Streets and the point of beginning, being in Block 4 North, Range 4
West
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing will be had on
Tuesday, the 7th day of September, 1948 at the hour of 8:00 o'clock
P. M. of said day in the Council Chambers of the Common Council of
said City 1n the City Hall of said City ot Gilroy, when and where any
person interested may protest and or object to such change.
