VffiEREAS Section 2151 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State
of California as added b,. what .is known !ls the Collier-Burns .et of
1947 (Ch.ll,Stats.1947-lst Ex.Sess.') requires the governing body of
. each oity to cause an annual street report to be made and filed with
the State CDIUlroller,.and '
WHEREAS,to conform to the requirements of the said Act,it is nee-
essary that the Common Council of the City of Gilroy name an official
of the City to carry out the duty of ma~ing and filing the said report
with the State Controller;
NOW,TEEREroRE, be it resolved that GRAYDOR CARR, the Deputy C1 ty Clerk
of the City of GilrQy,be and he is hereby named and designatedas the
official of said City to prepare and make the said report and to' file
the smne with the State Controller.
