TEEREFOHE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
Ci t Y of Gilroy that said ]'irst SUDplementa 1 Agreement for
Hai:Cltenance of State Highway in the City is hereby approved
and the Llayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the
saneJO on behalf of the City.
