Tu BE HELD MARCH 21st, 1949, UPON THE tT. H . JAMISON SERVICE REPORT
WHEREAS a hearing has been ordered by the Mayor and
Common Council of the City of Gilroy for March 21st, 19)+9, at
the City Hall upon the charges made in the report of J. H. Jamison
Service filed in the office of the City Clerk of the City
of Gilroy against A. G. Goodrich, the City Marshal of the
City of Gilroy, and it is advisable that written notice of the
said hearing be given to the said City Marshal.
NOW, THE~mFURE, BE IT RESOLVED tha t notice of the
time and place of hearing be given to the said A. G. Goodrich,
City Marshal of the City of Gilroy on or before the 16th day
of March, 1949, and that said notice he\signed by the City Clerk
of the City of Gilroy.
