RESOLUTION NO.218
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Gilroy has
reported;found and recommended that a certain district of said city
be changed from Zone "A" to Zone "B" which is bounded and described
as follows, to-wit:
Co~encing at the Northeasterly corner of Second and
Hanna Streets and running thence in a Northerly direction
along the Eat side of Hanna Street 392 feet to the premises
of Balanesi, thence at right angles in an Easterly direction
150 feet, and thqnce in a Southerly direction a uniform
distance of 150 feet from the Easterly line of Hanna Street
to the Northerly line of Second Street, thence in a Westerly
direction to the point of beginning and being Lots 7 and 8
of Block 5, North Range 4, West. as shown upon the Plat Book
in the City Clerk's office in the City of Gilroy.
Reference is hereby had to the nmp and general zoning ordinance now
on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City of Gilroy.
NOW,THEREFORID'il BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing will be had on
Monday, the 23rd day of May, 1949 , at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M.
9f said day in the Council Chambers of the Common Council of said
City on the City Hall of said City of Gilroy, when and where any
person interested may protest and/or object to such change.
