RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ADOPTIID BUDGET AND APPROVING MD40RANDUM OF AGR'W,~
FOR EXPENDITURE OF GAS TAX ALLOCAnON FOR MAJOR CITY
STREETS.
1HEREAB. a memorandum of agreement has been presented to be
entered into with the State ot California in accordanoe with a
project statement submitted ~ by the City ot Gilroy for expend-
iture ot the gas tax allocation to cities for the fiscal year
1951, and
WHEREAS, the Common Counoil has heard read said agreement
in full and is <<amiliar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE. be it resolved by the Corrmon. Council ot the City
of Gilroy that said projeot statement be and is hereby adopted
as the budget of proposed expenditures ot gas tax allocation to
c1 ties. and sa1d agreement be and the same is hereby approved
and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same
on behalt of said oity. said agreement to be binding upon the
City upon its execution by the authorized officials of the State.
