RESOLUTION NO.246
RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING
AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE 01'
STATE HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF GILROY.
WHEREAS, the State 0 l' California, through its Department of Public
Vlorks, Division of Highways, has presented an Agreement for Maintenance
of State Highway in the tity of Gilroy effeotive July 1,1950, and to
remain in effeot until amended or terminated.
WHEREAS, the Common Counoil has heard read said agreement in full
and is familiar with the oontents thereof;
THEREFORE ,be it resolved by the Cormnon Counoil of the City of
Gilroy that said Agreement for Maintenance ot the State Highway in the
City is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are direoted
to sign the same on behalf of said City.
ADOPTED AND PASSED this 7th day of August,1950 by the following vote:
