RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH THE S9UTHERN
PACIFIC COMPAny RELATING TO THE CONSTRUCTION AlIJD ])jfAINTENANCEAND
OPERATION OF A 27-INC'H CORRUGATED l'.iETAL PIPE CROSSING NORTH OF
M\RTIN LANE.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Gilroy enter into the lease
or licensing Agreement dated the 9th day of July,1954 submitted
by the said SOUTHERN PACIFIC CmMPANY covering the construction,
maintenance a~d operation of a 27-inch corrugated metal pipe
line crossing north of Martin Lane,in the City of Gilroy,and
that the Mayor o~ the said City of Gilroy be and he is hereby
authorized to execute the said Agreement on behalf of the said
City of Gilroy.
