RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY RES-
CmDING RESOLUTION NO.2C)2,PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL

WHEREAS,the Common COuDeil of the City of Gilro,. did:)on
Jul~ 6,195J adopt and pass Resolution No.2<)2, applying for an
allotment under Chapt.er 2O,Statutes of 1946-, in the amount of
$5',42il.63, t.o accompany the application for said amount made
on that date to the State of Calif'ornia,Department of Finance,
for that certain project entitled flOutfall Sewer Extension
and/or Replacement ,Unit NO.1", and
WREREAS,the City of Gilroy did not at that time complete
the preparation of plans and specifications or contract for
the work,and
WHEREAS, the City of Gilroy now has additional funds for
the proposed work, and it is desired to enlarge the scope of
the project by the preparation of a new application to '
accompany the plans and speei:flcations"now completed,which
will require the passage of a new resolution to. accompany said
application.
NOW, THEREFORE ,BE IT RESOLVED, that RESOLUTION NO.292,dated
July 6~1953, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
PASSED and ADOPrED this 27th day of June 1955, by the
