RESOLUTION NO. 358
BE IT RESOI. VED :
That that certain lease on a month-to-month basis, dated
August 1, 1955, now submitted to the Common Council of the City
of Gilroy, and designated as lease No. 3267, by the State of
California, office of the Adjutant-General' covering a portion
of that certain building commonly known as the "Wheeler Auditorium"
or "ArmoryU, located on the south side of Sixth Street, between
Church Street and Rosanna Street, in the City of Gilroy, be approved
and accepted, and that the said lease be entered into by the said
City of Gilroy, and that the same be executed on behalf of the
said City of Gilroy by GEORGE M. MASON, Mayor of said City, as
sucho
PASSED and ADOPTED the 19th day of September, 1955, by the
following vote:
