RESOLUTION NO. 359
BE IT RESOLVED:
That that certain lease, dated August 1, 1955, submitted
to the Common Council of the City of Gilroy, and designated as
Lease No. 3267-A, by the state of California, office of the
Adjutant General? covering a portion of the premises belonging
to the City of G11roy adjoining the Wheeler Auditorium or Armory,
located on the south side of Sixth Street, between Church Street
and Rosanna Street, and known as the Rear portion of the Gilroy
City Auditorium Yard No. 202 West Sixth Street, Gilroy, be
approved and accepted, that the said lease be entered into by the
said City of Gilroy and that the same be executed on behalf of
the said City of Giiroy by GEORGE M. ~~SON, Mayor of said City,
as sucho
