RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION 0F' AGREEMENT WITH THE
COUNTY GF SANTA CLARA FOR OPERATION OF COUNTY COMMUNICATI0NS
SERVICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMiJN COUNCIL uF THE CITY OF
GILROY that the agreement between said City and the
County of Santa Clara relating to the use of the County
of Santa Clara Radio Communication Service for Police
Protection in the City of Gilroy, submitted by the said
County of Santa Clara, to supercede the agreement here-
tofore in effect, dated February 14th, 1949, be entered
into and that said agreement be executed on behalf of
said City of Gilroy by the Mayor of said City.
PASSED and ADuPTED this 7th day of November, 1955, by
the following vote:
