Motion by Councilman Kennedy,seconded by Councilman Pate that
RESOLUTION NO~369 be adopted.

BE IT RESOLVED:
That the City of Gilroy enter into the following agreement relating
to the rental of the Gilroy Armory premises to the State of Calif-
ornia,to-wit:
Pursuant the Paragraph 6 of lease dated
27 October 1944,between the undersigned,
as lessor, and the State of California,
as lessee,covering premises known as Gilroy
City Auditorium,SE corner of 6th and Church
Streets,Gilroy,it is hereby agreed that
the State of California is authorized to
remain in said nremises on a month to month
basis beyond 31" July 1955,at the same
monthly rental of Seventy-five Dollars, and
under the same terms and conditions contained
in the said lease insofar as applicable.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the said agreement be executed on behalf on the City of
Gilroy by GEORGE M.MASON,Mayor of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED the 6th day of February,1956, by the
