RESOLUTION NO.380
RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING
.~~ENDMENT NUMBER 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAY
IN THE CITY OF GILROY.
TNHEREAS,the State of California,through its Department of Public
Works,Division of Highways,has presented ~endment Number 1 to the
Agreement for Maintenance of the State Highway in the City of Gilroy,
dated March 1,1956;
\ffiEREAS,the Common Council has heard read said &~endment Number 1
in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE,be it rrsolved that the Common Council of the City of
Gilroy that said Amendment Number 1 is hereby approved and the Mayor
and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said
City.
