An amendment to the Maintenance Agreement with the Division of
Highways is presented and read and Resolution No.3~2 is presented
and read.
Motion by Councilman Pate, seconded by Councilman Gallo that
RESOLUTION NO.432 be adopted.
RESOLUTION NO.432
RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING
AMENDMENT NUMBER 2 TO AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAY
IN THE CITY OF GILROY.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of Public
Works, Division of Highways,has presented Amendment Number 2 to the
Agreement for Maintenance of the State Highway in the City of Gilroy,
dated July 1,1957;
WHEREAS, the Common Council has heard read said Amendment Number 2
in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Common Council of the City of
Gilroy that said Amendment Number 2 is hereby approved and the Mayor
and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said x
City.
