A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ADOPTING THE
RECOMMENDATION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF GILROY THAT
THE PRESENT WIDTH LINES OF CHURCH STREET BE EXTENDED TO THE NORTH LIMITS
OF THE CITY OF GILROY
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Gilroy
has heretofore filed with the City Clerk its recommendation that the
present width lines of Church Street in the City of Gilroy be extended
and prolonged to the northerly City limits of the City of Gilroy so that
when and if the said street is extended northerly it shall have the same
width to its northerly end which the street now has: and
WHEREAS, the Common Council has duly considered the recom-
mendation of the said City Planning Commission and believes any northerly
extension of Church Street should be at least as wide as the present
street and that the recommendation of the said City Planning Commission
should be adopted:
NOw, The ref 0 r e , BE IT RESOLVED/by the Common
Council of the City of Gilroy that the said recommendation of the
City Planning Commission of the City of Gilroy be and the same is here-
by approved, and that there is hereby established as the future width
line of the northerly extension of Church Street the present width lines
of said street.
