Resolution 460 1 RE,2,OLUT.!ON N O. 460 BE IT RESOLVED that the Ci'hyof Gilroy enter into a written lease with the State of California wherein the City of Gilroy shall rent to the State of California, and the State of Cali- fornia shall lease from the City of Gilroy, the same premises described in that certain lease dated the 27 day of October, 1944 covering portions of the Armory or Wheeler Auditorium Building situated on the south side of Sixth Street between Church and Rosanna Streets, and upon the same terms and conditions set forth in said lease, except as follows: 1. There shall be eliminated from the leased premises the following: "Class Room, westerly side near front of building, comprising approximately 1180 sq. ft.: and Small arms target range in the basement in the rear of the building, comprising 750 sq. ft., net usable space and there shall be added to the leased premises and made a part thereof the ticket office on the east side of the north entrance to the said building. 2. Ther term of said lease shall be on a month to month basis, with either party having the right to terminate the lease upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other. 3. The City of Gilroy shall furnish electricity for the leased premises with the Lessee to pay the City of Gilroy the sum of $37.18 per month for such electricity, the same to be payable during 30 days following payment by the City of Gilroy. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Gilroy enter into a written lease with the State of California embodying the foregoing terms, and that the said lease be executed on <{00 r behalf of said City of Gilroy by its Mayor. PASSED and ADOPTED this 3 day of March, 1958 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmen Petersen, Pate, Rush, Wentworth, Gallo, and Sanchez.
