rIlL: :: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GILROY, FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING REPORT OF CITY
PLANNING COMMISSION ON APPLICATION FOR A USE PERMIT.
WHEREAS, BETHANY TEMPLE PENTECOI:TAL CHURCH OF GOD of Gilroy
has heretofore filed with the City Planning Commission of the City
of Gilroy an application for a use permit authorizing it to use the
premises located at the Southwest corner of Eighth and Dowdy Streets
in the City of Gilroy for Church purposes, and the said Planning
Commission has duly noticed the said application for hearing and has
held the hearing thereon, and has filed wi th the City Clerk of the
;
City of Gilroy, its report on the said application in which it recom-
mends that the said use permit be granted upon the condition that the
premises upon which the use permit will apply, be landscaped and the
yards of the property be kept and maintained in accordance with the
yards of the property in the neighborhood devoted to residences; and,
WHEREAS, it is now necessary for the Common Council of the
City of Gilroy to hold a hearing upon the said application.
NOW, THEREFORE, 1m I'.r RESOLVED AND ORDERED that Tuesday,

law and with the ordinances of the City 6r Gilroy.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Planning Commission
of the City of Gilroy has duly made and filed with the Common
Council of the City of Gilroy its report and recommendation that
a use permit be granted to BETHANY TEMPLE PENTECOSTAL CHURCH OF
GOD of Gilroy to erect and use a building for church purposes on
.the premises located at the Northwest Corner of Dowdy and Eighth
Streets in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of
California.
AND NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a public hearing will be
had on the said report and recommendation before the Common Council
of the City of Gilroy on Tuesday, the 2nd day of September, 1958,
at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P. M. in the Common Council Chambers
in the Wheeler Municipal Auditorium, Sixth and Rosanna Streets, 1n
the City of Gilroy, when and where any person interested may protest
and/or object to said report and recommendation and to the granting
of said petition.
