RESOW'l'ION OF THE COMMON COUllCIL OF THE CITY OF GIIROY AUTHORIZING USE
PERMIT TO BE'l'H.ANY TEMPLE PENTECOSTAL CHURCH OF GOD OF G IIROY TO USE
PRDfISES AT EIDH'l'H AND DOJDY STREETS FOR CHUROJ PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, BETHANY TEMPLE PENTECOSTAL CHURCH OF GOD OF GIIROY, las
heretotore filed an application with the planning commission of the Ci~
of Oilro,r, for a use perldt to use the premises located at the Northwest
corner of Dowdy and Eighth Streets in the Cityot Gilro,r for church purposes;
and, the said planning commission bas, after due proceedings had, upon said
application in accordance with law, made its report to the COIIIJlon Council
reporting, finding, and recommerding that the said application be granted; and
WHEREAS, the said CODUI.on Council bas heretofore fixed. the 2nd dq of
September, 1958 at the hom- ot 8:00 o'clock P. M., in the Common Council
chambers in the Wheeler Municipal AuditorilUll in the City of Gilro,r as the
time and place tor the hearing of said report and recommemation; and,
WHEREAS, Notice of the said hearing has been given in accordance with
law and the ordinances of the City ot Gilro,r; and,
WHEREAS, the said hearing has been held at the time and place aforesaid
at this meeting ot the COIDIlon Council, and the counci~ has duq considered the
said application, report, and recOllUB.endation, and has determined that the
said application should be granted in accordance with the recOll1lendation of
the Planning Commission.
I~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERm that the said
application for use permit be granted upon the condition that 8.D7 church
building constructed on the said premises conform to the plans pres_At" to
the Planning Commission at the time ot.hearing and also presented to the

Common Council at this hearing and that the yard about the lmilding be
those of property
landscaped and prepared so as to conform to .... residenc., in the neighborhood.
