RESOUJTION OF THE CCMt<<>N COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF GIlROY APffiOVlNG CIVIL
DEFENSE AND DISASTER PLAN.
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the Comaon Council ot the
City ot Gilroy, a Civil Detense and Pl....ter Plan prepared by Cecil A.
Reinsch, Director ot Civil Def'ense and Disaster, dated the 2nd dq
of' Sentember , 1958; and,
WHEREAS, the said Common COUDcil has examined the said plan and duly
considered the same and has determ.ined that the same Bleets the requirements
of' the City of' Gilroy under the conditione set forth.
NCW, THEREFORE, BE rr RESOLVED that the Common Council of the CitT
of' Gilroy does hereby approve the said Defense and Disuter PIano
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 2ID DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1958, BY THE FOLLOWING
VOTE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF GIIROY.
