r. BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Gilroy accept
that certain deed dated March 171 19581 executed by
HAROLD C. CROW and GWENr~LYN T. CROW, his vifel to the
City of Gilroy be accepted I and that the Grantee consents
to the recordation thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the certificate of
acceptance to be attached to the said deed be executed
on behalf of the City of Gilroy by Sig Sanchez, the Mayor
of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2 day of September, 1958,
