OF THE COMMON COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF GILROY,
FIXING TIME OF HEARING OF PROPOSED REZONING
OP PARK MEADOWS. UNITS NUMBER ONE AND NUMBER TWO.
WHEREAS there has been referred to the City Planning
Commission of the City of Gilroy a petition of the owners of
that certain tract of land known as Tract Number 1290, Unit
Number 2, Park Meadows, located in the City of Gilroy, for the
rezoning of said land from an "E" DISTRICT to a "B" DISTRICT,
And Whereas the said City planning Commission of the
City of Gilroy has, of its own initiative, proposed that all that
part of Unit Number I, Park Meadows, located west of Hanna Street,
be rezoned from an "En DISTRICT to a .B" DISTRICT,
And whereas the said Planning Commission has, after
notice duly given in accordance with the law, held a hearing on
said rezoning and has made and filed with the Common Council of
the City of Gilroy its report upon said rezoning in which it

~ And whereas it is necessary that a hearing be held before
the Common Council upon said rezoning,
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved and it is hereby ordered
that the said matter of the said rezoning of said tract of land
and said report and recommendation of the said City Planning
Commission of the City of Gilroy be heard before the Common
Council of the City of Gilroy on the / S-t' day Of~, 1958
at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. in the Common Council Chambers,
in the Municipal : Auditorium, at Sixth and Rosanna Streets, Gilroy,

California, at which time and place any person desiring to do so
may appear and object to such rezoning.
ADOPTED and PASSED this 17th day of November, 1958, by
the following vote:
